Wynns Locksmiths Melbourne

Key duplication, lock cylinder replacement and emergency entry work are the services customers most often describe, and the feedback consistently highlights the skill of technician Jerard. Several customers mention that he arrived punctually, explained how newly fitted locks should be used, and stayed in contact from the first call through to follow-up adjustments on a door closer. Reviewers repeatedly praise the speed of key cutting, with one account describing a mailbox key made within minutes during a stressful lockout at the end of the working day.

Fair pricing also comes up, including a repair where only worn parts were replaced rather than the whole assembly, keeping the cost well below a full replacement quote. The quality of installations, including a new door handle and a sanded frame fitted with a replacement roller bolt, is described as thorough and neatly finished. Customers also note that repeat problems with duplicate keys were investigated and explained rather than dismissed, and that queries after the job were answered promptly. Friendly, polite service from other counter staff is mentioned alongside the technical work.

Had rung and was told no need to make an appointment. Clearly not used to walk ins. Has to wait a long time to be served as there was no one in the shop that could cut keys.

Gurman did a great job cutting a special key.

Thank you Jerard for a prompt and efficient resolution to our apartment door sticky lock problem. It looks good. Wynn’s were excellent to deal with.

Huge huge thank you to this locksmith who came through last minute when I was locked out of my mailbox and really needed urgent access 🙏 they were closing at 5pm but they were kind enough to create a key for me before closing time! He made a new key in literally 2-3 minutes so quick, efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. Such a lifesaver in a stressful moment!! Thank you asian brother! Super professional, friendly and reasonably priced too. Highly recommend if you ever need fast and reliable help!!

Jerard provided such excellent installation service and comprehensive rundown on how the lock can be used for maximum performance. He is a credit to how customer service should be. Well Done.

After getting a huge quote for my main entry apartment door, Jerard came and was able to repair and only replace what was needed and the total came to about 1/3 of the quote for full replacement. Thanks so much for your industrious use of time to get the job done while saving unnecessary cost of replacement parts.

I lost the keys to my balcony door and needed the lock cylinder replaced with a new key. Jerard arrived right on time and was incredibly polite, friendly, and efficient. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the job was done perfectly. I’m very impressed with his professionalism and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
