24-7 Lockouts Headquarters

Swift, reassuring help during lockouts is the theme that runs through feedback for 24-7 Lockouts Headquarters. Adam, the locksmith named in nearly every account, is repeatedly described as reaching people quickly after urgent calls, in some cases within twenty minutes and once at three in the morning, to let them back into apartments, a flat and a business warehouse across Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. His experience and professionalism come up again and again, especially when security doors and front doors resist easy opening and require patience rather than force.

Reviews regularly refer to fair charges for the work performed, and advice given once access was restored, such as rekeying after an attempted break-in and the loss of a key safe, along with suggestions for strengthening security. Communication stands out, with calls answered without delay and guidance offered after the premises were made secure. His friendliness, calm manner and readiness to do more than expected are credited with easing a stressful situation, while long-standing clients speak of trusting him for years with locks, keys and safe-related jobs.

Adam’s the best… lockout the rest! But seriously, Adam from 24-7 Lockouts has been my one and only choice of locksmith for the past seven years, and I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. Hands down, Adam is the best in the business. Not only is he an incredible locksmith, but what really sets him apart is how genuinely caring, considerate and helpful he is. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always treats people with kindness and respect. Over the years, Adam has attended countless properties I manage, and I’ve had both renters and landlords go out of their way to tell me how fantastic he is to deal with. That kind of feedback speaks volumes and reflects the level of care Adam brings to every job. Reliable, knowledgeable, professional and an all-round wonderful person. I trust Adam completely and couldn’t recommend him and 24-7 Lockouts highly enough!

I had locked myself out. Adam came very promptly. He was exceptional. Despite both the security door & the front door being extremely difficult to unlock, he persisted with calm grit & perseverance. He went above & beyond till he got me back inside. As well as being very experienced and professional in his work, Adam is a man of integrity and who genuinely cares. So rare to find these days. Thank you very much Adam for all your kind help. As stressful as being locked out was, having you come & help me out the way you did, turned all the stress into a blessing. Very much appreciated. Thank you. Devora.

Very prompt and friendly service. Job completed professionally and we were given advice as to how to maintain our locks in the future.

Found Adam after doing a lot of research on Google. Contacted two other "service" ( cough) providers neither of whom got back to me. Adam replied to my (out of town Sunday) email, immediately, gave me a very reasonable quote and arrived at my self storage facility at exactly the agreed time. Price as quoted ($143 -all inclusive). Highly recommended

We’re in St Kilda and locked ourselves out the apartment on a Sunday, Adam arrived very promptly and did a great job! The intervention was quick and effective and him being very friendly made this bad experience better than it should have been. Highly recommended! Thank you again Adam!

great job was there within 20 minutes and got my 80 year old mum inside her flat

Adam was fantastic to deal with. Responsive and a highly experienced professional. He knows his stuff - definitely a skilled locksmith you can trust (good sense of humour also which helps when you’re stressed out 🤦‍♀️). Has to be the best locksmith in Melbourne’s South East Suburbs. (I’ve only dealt with two before but he’s by far the standout). Thanks.
