One of the people from this company left there van parked in the middle of my drive way and prevented me from driving to work. No complaints about there services just move your van

I have no complaints about the product as I never used it, unfortunately I did have to return the door lock. As I bought the wrong one by mistake. A mistake that cost me $270 which is ridiculously high. Not only do they charge you 15% to take the unopened goods back, an additional 25% from their retailer. I was not informed about this return when I purchased the lock and feel they should advise their clients of this when they purchase, it’s just good business etiquette. I hope my review will help others so they don’t get ripped off by these incompetent sales staff.

My Interlock brand bifold twin bolt lock mechanism broke a while ago and the same part isn't manufactured anymore. I reached out to Access Hardware and Dean was quick to reply they could source the Assa Abloy twin bolt lock I was after, although it had to come as a special order from New Zealand. Access matched the price I found down the Gold Coast so it was a no-brainer ordering from Access. It was a bit fiddly to fit (lucky I could access the door internals from under my deck) but as a DIY it saved me a heap of money and the best solution, even though I need to cover the keyhole plate. The mechanism itself works brilliantly, not clunky like the old Interlock one. If you need locks I highly recommend Access Hardware both for price and service!

The staff here are fantastic. Great customer service and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back if I ever need anything else!
