I lost the immobiliser unit in my 2010 Getz car key. I had a different locksmith come and try and fix my car key, they couldn’t do it after 2.5 hours (definitely didn’t know how). So I called Tapsy instead and he came out first thing next morning and fixed it within 15 minutes. Full key replacement and reprogramming and price was reasonable. Very happy!

After purchasing my MG in late 2024, i only received 1 key for car. I recently had a scare when couldnt find key. I was told about TAPSY, so long story short, i approached TAPSY for spare/extra keys. I can not praise and recommend these great guys highly enough for their service and knowledge about anything regarding locks and keys. Oh beautiful efficient service from these guys. I’m gutted i didn’t get his name but whoever did my Dodge Journey at Yarrabilba on the 20/04/2026 came at 12.35 as time given to me. Very helpful and a brilliant job at replacing both my car keys that weren’t programmable! Even got 50% off my second key which was so convenient. Thank you brother for coming out to Yarrabilba from Holland! Legend I cannot recommend these guys enough! They didn’t have a set of my second keys but he had programmed another one which did the same job so I’m so stoked with that!
