Be very careful when dealing with this company. I negotiated a price on a second-hand machine that was advertised online. At no point did the advertisement state that GST was extra, and throughout the entire negotiation process the seller never mentioned that GST would be added to the agreed price. Once we had agreed on a price, I was sent an invoice with GST added on top. When I questioned the additional charge, I was told the sale would not proceed unless I paid the extra GST. In my view, if GST is going to be charged in addition to the advertised or negotiated price, this should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting written confirmation of the total price, including any GST or other charges, before proceeding.

Had a great experience with Northside Locksmiths today. Hunter was quick to help and sorted a simple key issue for my roof racks on the spot. He even gave me some handy advice on how to free up the locks so they don’t seize again. I was recommended to them by Roof Racks Galore next door, and I can see why, awesome, friendly service and super convenient. Highly recommend!

Northside Locksmiths can to my rescue this morning to fix an external aluminium sliding door lock problem. They arrived as arranged and fixed the problem expertly. Very polite and professional, I would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever get another lock problem.

My Nephew told me to get my new garage remotes from this company and I was glad I took his advice I am not able to take a lot in with my disability yet the young man (Hunter) Was very helpful polite and patient with taking me through how to do all this he is definitely in the correct job I thank him very much

Used twice for replacement car keys and a broken door lock. Both times very happy with the work. Nick was great, as was the other guy, whose name I forget. First guy was running 15 minutes late but rang me to tell me. Nick was spot on time. Prices are good too.
