ESL Lock Professionals

Across Brisbane, ESL Lock Professionals has built a following on emergency call-outs and lock replacement work, and reviewers consistently describe the response as quick and the manner as calm. Several customers recall being locked out of a house or garage and finding the team answered when other locksmiths did not, with clear updates on arrival times and an upfront quoted price that was honoured. Chris, Jess, Emily, Greece and Alex are each named in accounts as friendly and courteous, treating callers with professionalism from the first conversation.

Recurring praise covers the methodical, precise way awkward jobs are tackled, including an electric door and a sliding door lock, plus a non-standard external gate mechanism that was secured temporarily while a replacement part was ordered. Reviews time and again mention that the workspace was left clean once the job finished, and that advice given on site was knowledgeable rather than rushed. Key cutting, lock supply and security hardware enquiries appear alongside the emergency work, with customers noting that householders felt safe and secure afterwards. One account highlights a late-afternoon lockout resolved within minutes, and the general sentiment is that the same attentive standard applies whether the call is urgent or routine.

Incredible service from Chris and Tom, needed an emergency locksmith this morning, impressively quick turnover!

From the office team to the service technician, ESL provided outstanding service. Janelle was extremely helpful when organising everything, and Noel was exceptional during the service call at our property. We’re very satisfied with ECL and highly recommend requesting Noel as your technician.

Couldn’t recommend ESL pro enough! I lost my keys and was locked out of my house and garage on a humid, Saturday late afternoon. I called 8 different companies in the Ipswich and ESL were the ONLY one to pick up. There was a slight wait but they were very efficient with updates and stuck to their incredibly reasonable quoted price. Greece was an absolute delight and got the locks undone within 5 minutes. I was incredibly grateful for his amazing service in what is usually a crappy situation. Thank you so much ESL!

ESL were fast and efficient on my after hours lock out. Chris was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Their engraving services are awesome. So quick and so well done. Can't recommend enough!

Amazing service and customer support was wonderful, thank you so much for getting me safely inside, I can't recommend ESL enough.

I had an excellent experience with ESL Lock Professionals and particularly Emily! She arrived ontime, was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. She had the job fixed in no time. Highly recommend!
