What a waste of time not once but twice in the same day. First they dont open on time. Said 9am but no one was there so I went home. Came back later in the afternoon with a very simple isuzu key. But after making me wait again for 10mins said that oh they have to order the blanks for this application. Its the most common key for isuzu. Hopeless. Dont waste your time. No idea how this business is surviving. No wonder the 2 star rating you have. Keep it up.

I had a bad experience with this service. They sent me an estimated price between $350 and $420, but during the job, they refused to confirm the final cost even when I asked many times. They kept saying “the program” decides the price. In the end, they tried to charge me $520 — $100 more than promised. I felt they were trying to trick me. The technician arrived one hour late, gave no invoice or receipt, and never showed any ID or gave a name. Communication was confusing and unprofessional, especially since I had just gone through a robbery at home. This was unfair and dishonest. I do not recommend this service. If you still choose them, demand everything in writing upfront: the price, their ID, and the invoice.

Phoned around a few locksmiths, but only Brisbane Locksmiths had the commercial padlock I wanted in stock - and for an excellent price. Called in to pick it up and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Called for hours and received nothing, when I finally did hear back was given rude responses to what i inquired for and prices were through the roof!! WOULDNT RECOMMEND

Called to get a quote to get some locks put up for my new office but the guy on the other end sounded intoxicated. Not a good look.

Very rude and disrespectful, took over 2 hours to arrive after telling me 15mins max then proceeded to scratch up my vehicle , never use this company they are hopeless
