I called about a car key for my falcon they quoted $250 for the job we organised a time around 1-2pm and they arrived at my house unannounced at 11:30am and after about an hour the locksmith told me his been messing around with for a while wasting his time and it’s snapped in two then charged me $220 and said I’m going to charge you more then callout because that was a waste of my time and throughout the whole thing he was quite rude and talking to me as if it was my fault he couldn’t figure out it was broken after about 2 minutes Will never be going though these people again.

The team at Adelaide Automotive Locksmiths were excellent! Needed a key cut for an old car. Gave them the barrel was done in 15 mins and was a great price.

Lost the only remote key to my 2025 Haval H6. When GWM Havel could not help, John and Gary came to the rescue. With little to nothing to work with, these guys went above and beyond, contacting GWM in China direct and working though a number of issues to finally reach a solution.
