Adelaide Locksmiths

Adelaide Locksmiths has earned a loyal following over many years, with reviewers often underlining the honesty and reliability of its team. Customers describe how locks that appeared to need replacing were repaired instead, sparing unnecessary expense, and how quotes for worst-case scenarios were revised downwards once the actual job proved simpler. Evan and his team are praised for covering everything from safes and key cutting to restricted systems and lock changes for houses and businesses.

Named staff including Lyall, Cameron, Ben and Robyn receive particular thanks, with Robyn at the shop described as pleasant to deal with and Ben as courteous and informative, even attending to an additional lock request during the same visit. Punctuality and prompt booking recur frequently, as does turnaround speed, such as a floor safe door recoded by the next day. The office team is called friendly and responsive, while the on-road technicians are seen as knowledgeable and proud of their trade. Reviewers also note fair and competitive pricing, with card payment adding convenience, and the shop's key collection attracting favourable comment. The enduring impression is of a trustworthy operation that honours its commitments.

Had Ben come out and install a smart lock. Was very professional and friendly, assisted me in setting everything up and how it all worked. Was expensive, but thorough and professional.

Please don’t hire a “Karen” to be your receptionist, horrible service 👎🏼

Needed a locksmith due to an issue with a door lock. Jason checked and identified an issue which he promptly addressed. No fuss. No needless work done. A very professional and positive experience. Happy to recommend.
