Knight Locksmiths

Key cutting, lock changes and restricted master key systems recur in accounts of this Edwardstown locksmith, which also handles automotive spare keys and domestic lock work. More than one customer describes a team that turns up when promised, with punctuality and courtesy noted across tasks from fitting a front door lock to securing commercial premises. Sarah and Casey are named by people who deal with them regularly, and Casey is singled out for cutting a motorcycle spare key accurately and without delay.

Reviews regularly refer to clear communication, including sorting out a request through direct messages with a real person, along with tidy workmanship and a clean site afterwards. Charges are described as fair, one account noting a figure lower than other quotations received, and the phone and office staff are called well organised.

Advice given before and during the work is another theme, with explanations of the fault and how it would be resolved. Lock boxes and warranty repairs also appear, one customer recalling that a more experienced locksmith was offered at no extra cost after an initial visit failed to fix the door lock. Attention to children's safety during home visits is mentioned, and the recurring impression is of dependable help with key duplication and urgent lock needs.

Can without a doubt recommend this business to anyone needing a good locksmith. Prompt, good price, fast and satisfactory results, well organised phone / office staff. Thanks very much guys for securing my business premises with a new lock & key. Can’t be too careful these days with so much theft.

Casey was great to deal with! Needed a spare motorcycle key cut and he did it to perfection. Super quick as well!

After being quoted crazy amounts elsewhere to have my key replaced, I was provided with all options at Knights from $10-$250. Not just a cash grab. They genuinely just want to provide great service to people. I also picked up some of the home-made honey available. Have and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith service.

Did a really good job installing a smart lock on my door for a reasonable price. There was a small issue that occurred during installation but the team went above and beyond to resolve it for me, which I think is highly commendable! Definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith, and they will be my first choice in the future for sure.

Knight Locksmiths are quick to respond to queries and will happily accommodate your schedule. Sarah was prompt in arranging everything for us administrative wise, and Tom was friendly and highly efficient and professional in servicing our locks on the day. He went to our place within a day's notice and had 5 old locks changed in 1hr+ (including an entire doorknob). He worked over his usual hours, went the extra mile to grease our locks to ensure they're in a serviceable condition despite its age, and even explained how to use an antique deadlock that came with the home previously. He made us feel more secure knowing our new home was previously fitted with security screens without us realizing. All our locks were able to be keyed the same to save trouble from handling duplicate keys. The entire experience was impeccable and their rates are affordable, highly recommended! 😊

Very happy with the work done. Made sure my entire home was safe and secure while engaging with my children and considering their safety when in an out of doors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends

Very happy to deal with these people. Very professional and quick response on website and get direct conversation through sms, which I am able to communicate with a real person and sort out my request and question. Definitely will keep this guys on my top list of locksmith.
