Aus Lock & Safe Company

Emergency call-outs and planned lock upgrades alike recur in accounts of this Sunshine West business, where customers describe a level of care that extends well beyond a straightforward job. Several reviewers highlight the promptness of Jason in answering enquiries and coordinating visits, while Dave is repeatedly named for arriving when expected and completing lock replacements and door repairs efficiently. Something that features in review after review is the thorough product knowledge on display, with staff taking time to explain the range of locks, safes and related options and guiding buyers towards a suitable choice rather than a quick sale.

Buyers of key safes and safes note responsive communication, helpful advice for builders and swift dispatch of orders. The business is also described as a genuine locksmith operation with its own technicians, a distinction reviewers value after burglary make-safe work and older or worn keys that other providers could not copy. Customers characterise the team as friendly, professional and respectful, and Caleb earns particular mention for safe opening and for persevering with an awkward replacement that turned into a larger job.

I have be using Aus Lock for many years and in my opinion they are extremely good at what they do and very well priced i would highly recommend this Company all the time

Used these guys for an emergency make-safe lock/door repair after a burglary. They were quick to respond, and very friendly. The tradie that attended site was professional and personable, and he did a great job. Definitely recommend! And they're a proper locksmith too with their own staff, not just a phone queue that dispatches unreliable independent contractors like all the other "locksmiths" in the region.

Purchased a key safe online. They were very responsive to all Enquiries and very helpful. The safe was invoiced and posted very quickly. Very happy with their service

I would highly recommend Aus Lock & Safe Company. We had a deceased estate to deal with so it was already very stressful not having a combination to open a safe. We had Ash come into the Melbourne CBD, no problems at all. He was so professional, very tidy, and made a point of not looking into the safe when he opened it. He explained everything he was doing as it was a difficult job and in a tricky spot to get to. He was so patient and reliable. I could not thank him enough. Other safe crackers would not even return my emails or calls. Go with these people, they were recommended to me and I would recommend as well.

From the moment I walked into the shop, I knew this company truly knew their trade. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and immediately inspired confidence. I had brought in a key that was more than 50 years old and so worn that it could no longer be copied properly, yet they still took the time to help and work through the issue carefully. What was expected to be a straightforward lock replacement turned into a much bigger job. Caleb worked well past his knock-off time without complaint and remained patient, courteous, and professional the entire time. Not only was the workmanship excellent, but Caleb was also a genuinely lovely person to deal with. It’s rare to find tradespeople with this level of dedication, knowledge, honesty, and care. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort they went to and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a trustworthy locksmith. Thank you Andrea
