BrizSouth Locksmiths

Hillcrest and the surrounding southern Brisbane suburbs recur as the setting for work that ranges from car keys to home locks. Several buyers describe having tried other key cutting outlets or dealerships before finding a solution here, with replacement automotive keys, remote programming and barrel changes handled on the spot, often within minutes. More than one review highlights clear quotes given before any work starts, with pricing described as fair and, in one account, well below what a hardware chain had quoted for lock installation.

Punctuality and reliability come up often: a locksmith arrived at the agreed time and worked through six locks while explaining each step. After-sales support is another theme, including a willingness to return and resolve a lock problem once the job was done. Named staff such as Nick and Paul are singled out for patience, honesty and the time taken to explain options, while Levi is credited with attending quickly to a drilled security door and repairing the damage. Tidiness and a friendly manner at the workshop are noted, as is advice offered even when a repair turns out to be unnecessary, with customers pointed towards the right trade instead.

Took the time to explain to me what I had, what I wanted, and how it wouldn't work. But offered an easy solution, which was executed super quickly, and I was off on my way home, security devices in hand, and keyed to suit. Really appreciate the old school, friendly approach. Wonderful service.

I had to go to numerous key cutting shops before I found Briz South - They cut my BMW key in 5 minutes and reset my remote as well - Smart people !

Amazing service every single time. Not sure why I bothered going elsewhere, definitely reminded me of why I always end up back where I know the job will be done right the first time. Today the lovely staff at BrizSouth Locksmiths sorted poorly cut keys that didn't work at all in only a few minutes, keys now work perfectly. Thank you again!

Wow what an awesome experience, I went overseas for a couple of weeks and my friends feeding our animals accidentally snapped the key in the wire security door. As we had animals inside the house I had my mate drill the lock out to get inside. Anyway I got home and attempted to sort it out but there was a bit of damage caused by the drilling. I rang the team and explained my issues and within in an hour we had a young fella by the name of Levi turn up. What a rippin young fella, polite and knowledgeable in locksmithing. About 15 minutes later he had removed and replaced the lock and also cut keys to suit both front door and wire security doors. Very impressed by the service and price, it was cheaper than quoted. So if you’re ever locked out or just need a locksmith I highly recommend these guys. Thanks Levi for your service, friendliness and professionalism , your boss should give you a raise👍🍻🍻🍻🍻🇦🇺
