I had Henry come out to replace my spare key to Hyundai Santa Fe - I shared two other quotes for a key cut and Hyundai fob programmed- he said he would match the price- after I paid I realised the key was missing and I was supplied a bmw fob. I contacted Henry and he replied it would be an extra $150 for the key and $350 for a Hyundai fob ! I questioned why this was not mentioned before the job and why I was supplied a bmw key when I have a Hyundai and he stopped responding to my calls and messages. I then rang the number for k locksmith and spoke at another person who wouldn’t give me his name and was threatened that there lock smith’s and have my address and can come other ! Warning- these guys are crooks and amateurs ! He laughed at me and hung up ! This reply just confirms how dishonest these two crooks are! This is there reply to all complaints and bad feedback- I have asked multiple times for a refund and have been refused! His argument is that if you buy something at the supermarket that you can’t return the item - makes no sense ! I have had no refund and I guarantee other unhappy customers have had no refunds!

Henry was excellent! He got my car keys replaced when I lost it in a mall! It was a fast job and he was very professional all the way. The key itself is also very high quality. Thank you Henry!

They are so friendly and professional. working over time and respond really well and got back to me very fast My partner lost the keys cause she gave them to my daughter and we were at the museum in Brisbane and had to contact them at 4 o’clock on Sunday after searching for over a hour for the keys as I’ve contacted them we checked out self’s one last time and found them and the company usually does cancelation fee chaise we found them so soon I was fortunate to not get that fee These guys are the best and the fastest response we got

Out of all the so called 24/7 emergency mobile lock smith's, Henry from K locksmiths replied the fastest and jar the best advice and information and solution. Plus he had the best price of them all. Very impressed and very appreciative of what was done. More than happy- ecstatic!!!!! Don't even bother calling anyone else, just call K Locksmith for any mobile locksmith query - residential or car keys (which was my issue). Can't recommend their response time and attention enough ok 👍 👌

Called this person and got a quote on the ph for 450$ to replace my car key. He arrived 1hr later than he said he would but that's no biggie. He did the job then said 450 'cash'. I told him he never mentioned a 'cash price' I need an invoice. He said that will be $450 plus GST. I said that's illegal quoting, when you give quote by law you have to include the GST portion. I ended up paying his higher price as I felt obligated but felt ripped off. That's not why i am writing this feedback but after what happened next i decided to include it. About 4 months later the car would not start. Car got taken via tow truck to mechanic and mechanic said key immobiliser won't let the car start otherwise everything seems okay. I rang oldmate and he said he would be at the mechanic the next day to have a look at the problem with the key. He never showed up. So he cost me another key, a tow truck, mechanic's cost and 2 days lost work. Thanks mate, great business....NOT.
