I lost a secondary key to open my personal safe so I was looking for someone to open it. I rang 3 different places and was spoken to rudely with the last saying “I don’t want to do this” I rang these guys up and they were nothing but helpful and positive. They gained access in like 2 minutes and explained what the issue was. I couldn’t recommend these guys more with professionalism and customer service. Also price was really great. BIG HELP GUYS!!!

I dropped an old lock into HA Reeds which had a broken spring. They sourced a new spring and re-assembled the lock for me - all at no cost. What great service..!!
