DCL Locksmiths and Security

Key cutting, lock repairs and safe and vault supplies sit at the centre of what customers describe at this Dubbo business, and the speed of straightforward jobs is a theme that surfaces again and again. Accounts tell of walking in with a key or a faulty lock and having it sorted on the spot, with one customer noting a replacement cut in minutes and another whose lock was fixed immediately and worked properly afterwards. Expertise and advice feature strongly, particularly the telephone guidance that helped a customer retrieve a key code from a car barrel instead of paying for a call-out, and a readiness to supply a new key at no extra charge when the first attempt did not fit.

Specialised work on older vehicles, including a vintage Corvette, and keyed-alike roller door locks arriving by post within days appear in the feedback, as does the patience of staff who demonstrated alternatives when a requested item was not stocked. Named team members such as Kyle and Dave are singled out for prompt and friendly attention, while the wider impression is of polite, efficient counter service, reasonable pricing for a specialised job and a consistent habit of finding a solution.

So grateful to Dave and the guys at DCL. I was passing through town and was having issues with a door lock on a van. He was able to unlock for us. Lovely to deal with - thanks again.

Been cutting keys for our post office through Australia Post for almost 15 years, the original keys supplied by Aggressor Sydney were perfect every time. We now get a poor quality substitute from DCL that is useless, no consistency, some keys are thicker and the tolerances are just not there, might have to cut a key 4 and 5 times to get it right.

Kahlil is great! Prompt for timing Doesn't screw around and knows what hes doing My car was full of problems and he helped me solve em And we got er done! Highly recommended Thanks again my friend 🙏
