Western Plains Security & Locksmiths

Caravan owners, motorists needing remote keys coded and households seeking security advice have all turned to this Dubbo business, and the pattern across their accounts is consistent. A recurring theme is the responsiveness of the team: emailed enquiries about replacement remote keys and gate receiver units were answered promptly, with pricing confirmed before any work began and updates provided while parts were on order.

Several buyers describe technicians arriving when promised and completing the job without fuss, whether opening locked caravan doors whose keys had been lost, cutting and supplying new keys on the spot, or programming keypads to vehicle remotes. Reviewers repeatedly mention the professionalism of the staff, singling out Dan and Brian for their friendly manner and genuine care about the outcome.

One customer, coordinating from interstate on behalf of a parent, notes that the workman kept in contact throughout and showed real interest in getting the result right. Work on gate hardware, automotive key coding and general security needs comes up often. The team is regularly described as explaining what was required and then getting on with the task efficiently, leaving customers satisfied with both the finished work and the manner in which it was carried out.

I took my caravan on Friday 10th April 2026 Excellent customer service Had some locked doors on my caravan and lost the keys They opened them for me and gave me new keys They were very professional and nothing was a problem Again excellent customer service Would highly recommend them to anyone Fantastic job keep the good work going

Highly recommend this business. I first sent an email with pics of the remote car keys I needed replacing, he got back to me immediately via email with a price, I followed up with a phone call to let him know to order the item, he kept me updated and was always available when I called via phone. The job took a few minutes for him to replace the keypad on the remote keys, which was great because I thought I would have to buy the whole remote itself but it’s as simple as just replacing the top rubber. fantastic service and extremely polite. I will certainly be going back to use this business for future transactions.
