Orana Regional Locksmiths

Punctuality and a willingness to go out of the way for customers come through strongly in the feedback for this Dubbo business. Several reviewers describe being helped at short notice, including calls answered and attended within minutes, with one customer noting a staff member arrived ten minutes after the call and had the problem solved shortly afterwards. Work is repeatedly described as reasonably priced and of high quality, from lock changes carried out quickly for the safety of guests to a tricky car key issue that other local locksmiths had been unable to resolve.

Reviewers mention that staff take the time to inspect a problem even when they are unsure it can be fixed, and in one case no charge was made after equipment could not handle a particular vehicle model. Aaron is named by multiple customers, who highlight his speed, his priority on urgent jobs and the care taken with clients. Communication, a professional manner and a friendly approach, including remembering a returning customer, are recurring points, as are mobile attendance and the supply of quality products such as replacement locks. The consistent thread is reliable, affordable assistance with difficult jobs handled without fuss.

I highly recommend Orana Regional Locksmiths. Thankyou to Aaron & Gordon. Aaron made it super easy for me to get my car door lock issue sorted. It was especially good that their fully mobile & could meet up wherever it's was convenient for me. Huge thankyou to Gordon whom was very friendly & polite. He fixed my door lock problem, then cut & programed new keys in no time at all. The cost was not too expensive either. I can't thank you guys enough & I very much appreciate all your help in resolving my car door lock & key issue.

Very friendly. Weren't sure if they could help, but took the time to look, and didn't end up charging me (despite them spending a half hour or so), when their equipment couldn't sort it out (car model not covered by their tool).

Great service! Brilliant customer service, professional on time and affordable. Will help you out in a pinch.

Over priced and not honest. Charged me $200 to do a house call and cut a key for me that I already had. He had the option of telling me the key I had also fitted but cut another and made out it was different to the others. Anything to make a dollar. Also does not respond to messages that have asked to be sent through. Infact im still waiting!!!
