Geelong Locksmiths

Vehicle keys, house locks and stubborn old boxes are the kinds of jobs this Geelong locksmith handles, and the feedback gathered from customers centres on how reliably those jobs are finished. Several reviewers describe technicians arriving when promised or even early, with a call ahead of time and an arrival exactly as advised. The same names recur across accounts: Corey is thanked for talking a customer through a flat electronic lock over the phone so no call-out was needed, Justin for opening a van and explaining the options first, Craig for work on a front door lock, and Aurie for getting a car starting again and walking through the process.

Reviewers often mention clear communication from the front desk, with Lucy singled out as pleasant and helpful, and patience shown to people waiting in the shop. Fair, reasonable pricing comes up often, including a jewellery box opened for a fraction of another quote, and a car remote replacement described as doing its job. Promptness, a courteous manner and care shown after a lockout are noted, while the front desk employee who explained an issue at length to someone in the queue left a lasting impression.

My husband and I’s car wouldn’t unlock the other day so we got the geelong locksmith to come out and help. After a 50 minute wait, he luckily managed to unlock the car. The original fee was $199 which was fair but then he claimed because of weekend rates, labour fee and some other stuff it jumped to $503 and i just think thats ridiculous. We were stuck 2 hours away from home and having a terrible night as it was and i believe he took advantage of us. An extra three hundred dollars is ridiculous and way too much. Especially when the job took 5 minutes and all he did was pump the door open ajar and unlock it from the inside. I am grateful he came and helped us but I would not recommended this company, taking advantage of a young couple stuck away from home and taking that much money from us. Very dissapointing and definitely only added to our stress and I don’t think it was a fair price at all and was excessive in our opinion

Amazing and efficient service! was a little anxious being locked out of the house with the dogs, but got back in quickly! was made sure i was okay after the door was opened. really appreciate the care you put in towards everyone! thank you again :)

I went into the shop today with 2 vehicle key issues, 1 key was stuck in the ignition and the fob wasn't working. The young man that served me was lovely and explained everything that he needed to do. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was. Thank you for such a positive experience.
