Geelong Locksmiths

My husband and I’s car wouldn’t unlock the other day so we got the geelong locksmith to come out and help. After a 50 minute wait, he luckily managed to unlock the car. The original fee was $199 which was fair but then he claimed because of weekend rates, labour fee and some other stuff it jumped to $503 and i just think thats ridiculous. We were stuck 2 hours away from home and having a terrible night as it was and i believe he took advantage of us. An extra three hundred dollars is ridiculous and way too much. Especially when the job took 5 minutes and all he did was pump the door open ajar and unlock it from the inside. I am grateful he came and helped us but I would not recommended this company, taking advantage of a young couple stuck away from home and taking that much money from us. Very dissapointing and definitely only added to our stress and I don’t think it was a fair price at all and was excessive in our opinion

Amazing and efficient service! was a little anxious being locked out of the house with the dogs, but got back in quickly! was made sure i was okay after the door was opened. really appreciate the care you put in towards everyone! thank you again :)

I went into the shop today with 2 vehicle key issues, 1 key was stuck in the ignition and the fob wasn't working. The young man that served me was lovely and explained everything that he needed to do. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Had some keys cut today for a crim safe door. Young guy on the counter was great. We had the door installed last week and went to bunnings to get keys cut and they did not work (surprise) Went to Geelong locksmiths and they work perfectly and very reasonably priced.

Used Geelong Locksmiths as my car key was not starting the car. Aurie rang before coming out and arrived right on time as I had been advised earlier in booking. Aurie explained the process and recetified the issue/s quickly. Very promt, reliable, friendly and courteous service. I would highly recommend and 5 stars, ty Aurie, your a credit to Geelong Locksmith!!
