From consultation to completion, the service was extremely friendly and professional. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I won’t need a locksmith again, but if I do, I would definitely recommend Independent Locksmith. Thanks again to Ben as well 😊

Ben S repaired our broken door lock at the office today, excellent service and very helpful, took the time explain the issue and we were able to keep all our existing keys. We will use Ben S at ILS again for any lock / keys needed.

I went to work without my keys and realised I had locked myself out at home. I mentioned it to Michael, who was fixing my client’s door and he kindly helped me despite his busy schedule. He was very kind, helpful, and supportive. I really appreciate his assistance. Thank you very much!

Friendly over the phone, bunch of good blokes at the shop and one of the few locksmiths with a physical store front, all at reasonable prices. Very impressed ... enough to choose here for all my locks related work.

Great service and professional people, would come back to this place for any issues again. Thank you.
