Pathetic service and deceptive practices - I cannot give less than one star, it should be minus star reviews I used to be a loyal customer of Kuber Vaults Castle Hill for over a year, but the service standards have absolutely plummeted. I recently decided to close my account, and that’s when the real headache started. While I can accept that an annual locker fee might be non-refundable, they completely refused to refund my insurance money. No standard insurance premium is entirely non-refundable; it is always refundable on a pro-rata basis minus minor admin charges. Keeping the full premium after an account closure is nothing short of a rip-off. To make matters worse, they keep aggressively calling and spamming us to buy gold just because we purchased from them once in the past. Today was the absolute last straw. I had to wait for more than an hour just to get assisted. There is absolutely no sign of actual customer service here anymore, and while I was waiting, I could see and hear other customers openly complaining about the exact same neglect. When you confront the staff, the only answer you get from the reception is a shrugged shoulder and "we can't do anything about it." If management can't empower their staff to fix basic issues or respect customers' time and money, they shouldn't be in business. Avoid this place—there are plenty of other secure vaults that actually value their clients. On top of that, they constantly spam us with sales calls to buy gold just because we bought from them once in the past. While waiting, I saw several other customers openly complaining about the exact same neglect. When I brought this up, the reception staff just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything. I eventually spoke to the owner, who offered nothing but weak excuses. I was told that a staff member entered the wrong code, triggering a 20-minute safety time-lock. Nobody at the front desk or in management bothered to explain this to us while we were sitting there. More importantly: if the lock delay is 20 minutes, why were we forced to wait for over an hour? The math simply doesn't add up, and it shows a total lack of respect for clients' time. We could have used that hour for literally anything else. Never coming back. Do yourself a favor and actively avoid this facility. Major banks offer far more reliable security and infinitely better customer service than this place.

Unfortunately, our experience with Kuber Vaults was very disappointing. We had been customers for the past two years and decided to close our locker account. I had intended to attend on Monday, however the business was closed when I checked online, so I attended the following day after booking an appointment. Despite the delay being only one day, $170 was deducted from our $300 deposit, which I found excessive and unreasonable under the circumstances. In addition, we were charged $30 per access card for two cards. Although both cards were returned and can clearly be reused, we were informed that the $60 charge was non-refundable. I also sent an email explaining the situation and requesting a review of the charges, however I have not received any response. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of flexibility, customer service, and the excessive fees imposed for a one-day delay.

Honestly, the customer service here is terrible. The staff act completely unprofessional — instead of doing their jobs, they just sit around inside chatting with each other like they don’t have a care in the world. It feels like customers are just an inconvenience to them. On top of that, they’re sitting inside the vault area, which is supposed to be for customers. It’s confusing, frustrating, and shows a complete lack of basic awareness or respect. You need to be a customer that likes and tolerate insenses smell to use their services. Every time we had to visit this business we were forced to go though this experience including with our kids waiting for us. I don't have anything against other people's cultures and beliefs but keep those ones at home, not in a business that you expect customers. On top of that there is a lot of inconsistency in this business that determined to close out account.

I recently used Kuber Vaults and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Their website is incredibly user friendly and made researching their services very easy. I especially loved the online book a visit system it was seamless and saved me a lot of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by smiling, professional staff who made me feel welcome and valued. Most importantly, the security measures they have in place are top-notch, giving me complete peace of mind about the safety of my valuables. Highly recommended!

I was the holder of Account 1633. After posting a review regarding poor customer service and communication, my account was locked without my consent. When I attempted to access my locker, I was informed it would remain locked unless I removed the review, which is unacceptable for a business operating in Australia. I closed my account on 18 December and was assured that my key deposit would be refunded within 15 days. To date, I have received neither the refund nor any response to my follow-up emails. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
