Sarah initially completed the laser engraving for the quoted price of $50. However, after taking the pens home and examining them closely, I felt the engraving was difficult to read and did not do justice to such a special gift. I returned to the store and politely explained my concerns. Sarah listened carefully, understood exactly what I meant, and treated my concerns with genuine respect and professionalism. Although the original solution we had discussed was not possible, Sarah was willing to go the extra mile. She took the time to personally hand engrave both pens, and the result was absolutely outstanding. The workmanship, attention to detail, and pride she took in her craft transformed the pens into exactly what I had hoped for. What impressed me most was that Sarah never made me feel like I was being difficult. I found Mister Minit through ChatGPT. Two watch repair shops were recommended, but one had poor reviews, so I chose Mister Minit to repair my Gucci watch. I asked for a battery replacement and repair of the band pin. The male staff member was polite and professional. The price was reasonable, and the battery came with a 2-year warranty. I felt they were responsible and took pride in their work. They fixed the pin perfectly, and I was very happy with the result. Thank you so much.

Sarah at Mr Minit Bathurst is awesome!!! She has patiently been working on my husband’s Ronson lighter, it’s 40 odd years old!!!! Unfortunately due to lack of availability of parts for said lighter it was unable to be fixed. I really appreciate the time and care Sarah and her team have given to the lighter, I cannot thank them enough and thoroughly recommend them for all the services they provide.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Left a sentimental ring of significant value to be engraved, picked up ring, engraving is lopsided and off centred. Completely ruined the ring. When questioned what happened was told that they changed font size to suit, I wasn't contacted to confirm changes, was told they would buff the engraving out and redo. They did offer to pay for it to be fixed at jewellers but skeptical after being so disappointed. Was met with rudeness and passive agressive responses from the manager. She spoke in a condescending and mocking tone from the moment I brought the ring back. When I called for an update was told she hadn't done a thing about it, was just getting opinions (from the jewellers the ring was from to see if they thought the engraving was done incorrectly). Extremely upset and disappointed with how Bathurst Mister Minit has handled this.

Absolutely exceptional service & workmanship. Sarah restored a vintage bag for me that had water damage to practically new condition. The sentimentality associated with this bag was priceless for me & Sarah made magic happen where other professionals said it was not possible! Cannot thank Mister Minit Armada Bathurst enough! Highly recommend for service & craft!

I wasn't sure my bag could be fixed but the guys here were happy to give it a go. They looked after me very well - a great job on the bag and with a very quick turn around. I'll definitely be a return customer
