Smith & Co Locksmiths

Consistently knowledgeable and friendly service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Orange locksmith business. A number of customers describe the team as professional, efficient and genuinely helpful, with work carried out to a high standard and often completed faster than expected. Named staff members, including Andrew, Dwayne and Shane, are repeatedly singled out for their product knowledge and willingness to answer questions without pressure.

Reviewers mention the replacement of glass sliding door handles, the supply and installation of security doors and monitor systems, and the fitting of a new deadbolt, all handled with care and attention to after-sales follow-up. Fair pricing and stock availability in the shop come up often, as does the patience shown when a car key could not be replaced because the vehicle was too new.

In that instance, the team spent hours unlocking the car so belongings could be retrieved and declined to charge for their time. Reliability from the first enquiry through to resolving minor issues is another point raised, alongside a manner that customers describe as respectful and kind. Advice is offered freely on jobs both large and small, and customers speak warmly of a business they return to for security doors, deadbolts and monitor systems alike.

Andrew was factual, upfront and beyond helpful. I would recommend him and the team any day. Thank you for your help!

Fantastic service very friendly and very fast would highly recommend

We contacted Smith & Co after being given the run around by another local locksmith business for three weeks. We should've gone to them first! The team was responsive, friendly and professional, and solved our lock issues with no dramas and for a very fair price, within a day of us reaching out. Big thanks to Jamie and the team, highly recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith in the Central West area!

Excellent service! Advice has been awesome too. Nothing is too much trouble, neither too big nor too small.

We lost our car keys, and the staff went out of their way to help us. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Even though they were unable to replace our car key, due to it being too new, they unlocked our car so we could get out our belongings. After spending several hours to try and help us, they didn't charge us for their time and labour ... true customer service. Thank you for your respect and kindness.
