RCG Locksmiths Bathurst

Key duplication, locks and safes feature prominently among the services customers highlight, together with security screens and doors that RCG Locksmiths Bathurst supplies and fits. Reviewers repeatedly note a fast turnaround, whether the task involves cutting a replacement key, attending a vehicle lockout or installing a new screen door, and the same promptness is reported when a small job is squeezed in between larger ones. Something that features in review after review is the reliability and the clear communication maintained before and after the work, with customers recalling being kept informed about manufacturing timelines and having repairs explained on site.

Ian is named for his assistance and advice, while Rod is singled out for talking through repairs and suggesting ways to prevent the problem recurring. Reviewers also value the practical touches, such as matching a new screen door lock to an existing front door key so only one key is needed, and the willingness to accommodate awkward or custom-sized frames. Friendliness runs through the accounts, with the team described as approachable from the first call through to completion, and the guidance offered on car keys, locks and safes is consistently framed as helpful.
