Tried to call for a quote. Was put on hold for several minutes until it went to an answering machine “beep” with no explanation. After hanging up the staff kept texting me because they couldn’t be bothered doing the courteous thing by calling me back. After I called them out on this I got a call. When I answered the phone there was silence on the other end. Then they started texting me again. The lack of professionalism is so appalling. Took my business elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service! I called up about a new battery and casing for my car's fob, drove there 15 mins later and they had me sorted immediately. Cheers

I don’t normally have time for reviews, but I’ve made time for the Northside Car Keys team. Most businesses today are pretty average so you don’t tend to expect much in the way of customer service. Not the case with North Car Keys. I was pleasantly surprised. They fitted me straight in. I turned up. Very friendly. No fuss. Offered me a coffee while I waited in their exceptionally clean and modern waiting area with a couch and TV. Took about fifteen minutes. Job done and I was on my way. And very affordable compared to some other quotes I had obtained. Can’t say enough. Great service. Thank you.

Big shout out to Nadine and Toby. Nadine was very helpful with organising everything and gave a great price considering I was all the way in mt gravatt. Toby was awesome I was working at the time they were available but Toby was very helpful and was able to get me my new set of car keys sorted easily and was very patient with my situation. Thanks guys you were awesome highly recommended.

Awesome service, thanks for coming out to replace my work van keys so quickly at Beachmere today. Very nice guy and efficient job, he even jump started my car coz the battery went flat and then the engine light came on afterwards and he was happy to check and reset it. Much appreciated 👏
