I was referred to Michael from Replacement Car Keys Sydney by the NRMA as a preferred locksmith service provider under my NRMA Key Plus membership coverage to replace my faulty remote car key’s & reset my remote door / boot opening in my car. Michael’s service was very professional, I received a text message on his ETA & he arrived promptly on time. Michael was very friendly, courteous & resolved my problem without any issue cutting me 2 new keys in 2 new remotes which were better than the original remotes & reset the remote system in my car to open the doors & boot. I would have problem highly recommending Michael for his 5 star locksmith service.
Chose this company based on strong reviews, but the experience was terrible. The technician spent about an hour trying to program the keys, but they wouldn’t work consistently with the alarm. When he finally got them working for about five minutes, he expected me to pay, but refused to guarantee they would keep working. I asked if I could pay a deposit to test the keys for another hour or so, he refused. I asked if he would guarantee his work, he said it "wasn't worth his time to come back". It's like he thought I was paying him so I could just hang out inside my car, not actually drive it (and that I should pay $400 for that benefit)! I had another locksmith out today and he had it done in 10 minutes with zero hassles. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. Maybe it was just a bad day, but refusing to stand behind your work is a red flag, and honestly the attitude was just horrible and so unprofessional.
A+++++ service!!! Michael is an unbelievably outstanding guy, he came out to me in the midst of the cyclone bomb that just hit Sydney, made 2 keys from scratch (after my bag was stolen from work with only car key inside bag). Despite working in miserable conditions, Michael was polite and smiling and a pleasure to deal with. Plus his prices are unbeatable! Recommend to everyone and anyone in need of replacement keys 😁
Extremely efficient and professional. Arrived at my location with all the equipment required to supply, program and cut a replacement smart key for my Renault. All done within 30 minutes and was surprisingly the cheapest quote I had compared to 4 others places I contacted within Sydney. Highly recommended!!
All those 5 star reviews are spot on. Michael gave great service replacing my Subaru key on-site. Much better value than Subaru. It’s not a Subaru key but generic type - does everything perfectly. I’m happy! Not in the habit of losing my keys, so hope not to be a repeat customer, but very happy to highly recommend Michael and his service.
