RKL Security

RKL Security has earned a solid reputation across Rockhampton for responsive locksmithing and security work, with reviewers consistently noting how quickly a technician is dispatched. Customers in several reviews describe a tradesperson arriving within the hour, even at a property roughly forty kilometres from town, and one account recalls a call placed right on closing time that was still met with an immediate visit.

Several accounts note the breadth of work handled without difficulty, from replacing locks after a break-in to fitting a new handle and cylinder lock so a door worked as intended, with Justin singled out for resolving a cylinder lock and supplying a matching handle. The standard of advice is a point that comes up often, whether locating a door handle to suit a large shed or getting a vehicle moving again without delay.

Pricing is described as fair and quotes as accurate, with one customer noting the figure given was spot on and another saying time and money were saved. Friendliness and old-fashioned service with a smile are also noted, along with the willingness of staff to assist and quick turnaround that is clearly in demand. Even tricky concertina doors and uncommon locks proved no obstacle.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Justin, I even rung for assistance right on closing time and he was just fantastic. I could not have wished for such excellent service , he arrived very promptly after my call and I could not speak too highly of the level of service I received. I would recommend RKL Security to every one . Kindest Regards Frank

These guys are a joke. They book me in and than cancel in the last moment. Than tries to come up with the lamest excuse not to do the job. Pathetic, unprofessional and unreliable stay away!!! Cannot be trusted

Can't fault the service as we have been using RKL for years for our business but ordered 6 padlocks at an agreed price only to pick them up and be charged an extra $150 for 'keying' Pretty disappointing

"""Awesome service and results""" We had a technician within the hour and we are 40klms from Rockhampton...Tricky concertina doors and an uncommon lock wasn't an issue...also importantly easier to deal with than the strange things at Ruswin... well done and thanks again for your attention to detail and service.
