RUSWIN

Lock and key work, security systems and safe supply form the backbone of what this Rockhampton business handles, according to feedback gathered from its customers. The team is repeatedly described as friendly and professional, with Clint singled out for arriving promptly at a customer's home and repairing a failed lock on a house that had shifted, a job completed knowledgeably and without delay. Several reviewers mention key cutting that works the first time, while another describes a screen door saved from replacement through the team's expertise rather than a costly new purchase.

Helpfulness and customer care recur across accounts, including one customer who expressed lasting gratitude for the generosity shown. On the critical side, reviewers have raised concerns about delays, including a long wait for an electronic gate opener that remained unresolved, a key order that could not be collected because the required staff member was unavailable, and pricing that some considered high for the work performed. Remote copying enquiries also drew frustration over unclear answers. The pattern suggests capable hands-on locksmithing and security work, with service consistency and quoting being the areas customers most often question.

Thanks - awesome service

Rang up to see if they could copy a remote for me...told I had to email through details and was given no assurance at all...really do not think they know what's going ..I mean how hard is it to say yes or no that we copy remotes..

Problem fixed on our travelander in under a minute Excellent staff Jason was a legend

Waiting since over 3 months for a electronic gate opener, had several people on site and still no solution or a proper quote. Clearly very unprofessional

Excellent service, friendly staff and great customer care. Highly recommend

Thankyou for having the key which we had been unable to find elsewhere. Recommend your business and friendly staff to anyone 👍👍
