We used rekey service about 2 weeks ago. Alan and his partner was amazing. Very responsive and arrived within the time booked. We rekeyed 6 doors, the price was very reasonable. I am happy we found a great local locksmith.
Alan is friendly, efficient and take responsibility for his actions. Nice, easy to chat to with a smile. Highly recommended to be used

We had Alan out to change our locks today. He got back to us super quickly and offered to do the job the same day and on a weekend which was very convenient as a full time worker. Alan was kind, knowledgeable and very skilled doing exactly what we needed and offering advice as well on the job. Would definitely recommend him for your locksmith needs!
Alan was great. He was quick to support me with an urgent situation. Based on my experience from the recent work done, I couldn't recommend AC Locksmiths enough. Thank you Alan and team.
I had a great experience with AC Locksmiths Brisbane. Alan was extremely responsive and arrived promptly when I needed help. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my locks in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. His work was professional, efficient, and done to a high standard. It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy locksmith.
Legend. Clear communication, punctual, friendly. Identified the issue with our digital front door lock and resolved it in minutes. Very happy and grateful.
