Skeleton Key’s key cutting service was extremely disappointing. It took FOUR visits before I finally received a working key. Visit 1: the copied key didn’t work Visit 2: the replacement key damaged my lock. Rather than coming out to rectify the issue, I was told I’d need to pay a call-out fee or remove the lock myself and bring it in — leaving my home unsecured Visit 3: I dropped off the lock and incorrect keys Visit 4: finally received a working key A very frustrating experience for what should have been a straightforward service. Hopefully the quality of their other services is better than their key cutting....
Fantastic service from Bryce at Alert Locks & Security! Incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient when we had a broken key stuck in two locks. Bryce handled everything with ease, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely under control. Really appreciated the friendly approach and expertise, 5 star service and would highly recommend!!!
chris and the team worked with me to solve the annoyance of having to fish the key out out of my pocket every time I entered my apartment. We have a small dog and I often take it downstairs to visit the grass area for a bathroom break. I’m always forgetting my keys which is no longer a problem. it’s also much more convenient when returning with bags of groceries Or anything in your hands. Thank you so much!
