I decided to renovate my glass sliding doors unfortunately i am about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike when it comes to D.I.Y :) I Googled door handles etc & found what i was looking for on eBay with Amalgamated Locksmiths - i placed the order only to find when i received the items the strike section was a lot narrower than the old one i had - I rang them & spoke with the manager Duncan who was a wealth of knowledge & he said that the ones i had were probably an extra wide one on a special order - he said he'd been in business for over 40 years so surely he may have a couple spare laying around - He did find a couple & kindly posted them to me free of charge & everything worked perfectly even with myself doing it :) Thanks again Duncan over & above customer service & with awesome advice too. Our house was burgled and we had to have all our locks changed. The first quote we had was astronmically high. Fortunatley, our second quote was from Amalagated Locksmiths. Their quote was a fraction of the first one, they were very quick and professional. Their locksmith (Louis) was a very helpful expert.

Went in to get my key cut DANIEL was lovely, professional, personable and knowledgeable about issues with both house and car keys. Was a pleasure to chat to him as well, very sweet person ~ key was cut in 2 minutes for $8 ~ how good?! They were so lovely, I even bought some colourful key accessories for absolutely no reason, was just having a lovely time chatting. At this store location they have an AMAZING array of COLOURFUL padlocks that would be perfect for some people out there looking for a little bit more brightness in their job, chores, security, safety, accessory? It’s up to you, the limit is endless haha I highly recommend going into this location, get chatting to DANIEL and all your problems, sales, product information and various questions will be tended to promptly and with a smile. This location is also extremely accessible for all kinds of cars and mobility aids and vehicles. Go and check them out!
