Prompt efficient service to complete the job of changing the locks. Techinican Chris made sure to let me know an ETA and was very polite and knowledgeable on fire/Strata challenges. Highly recommend
Door handle to the bedroom failed. Tech came to fix. He tried non-destructive methods first before drilling. Also very understanding about having a puppy and he was careful to sweep and vacuum metal shards after. Gave a recommendation to purchase new door handle from Bunnings. He offered to come out and fit when we got it. Felt like a complete end-to-end service. All sorted within 2 hours of first contact.

Chris was absolutely amazing! We’re renting an Air BnB apartment and the key was faulty meaning we couldn’t regain entry and all of our things were inside. After being locked out with a toddler for 3.5 hours, the landlord gave permission to call a locksmith. Chris came straight away and was able to open the door within minutes. After a stressful situation, he truly saved the day and was polite, kind and communicated clearly and timely with us. Can’t recommend enough!
