I have be using Aus Lock for many years and in my opinion they are extremely good at what they do and very well priced i would highly recommend this Company all the time

Used these guys for an emergency make-safe lock/door repair after a burglary. They were quick to respond, and very friendly. The tradie that attended site was professional and personable, and he did a great job. Definitely recommend! And they're a proper locksmith too with their own staff, not just a phone queue that dispatches unreliable independent contractors like all the other "locksmiths" in the region.

Purchased a key safe online. They were very responsive to all Enquiries and very helpful. The safe was invoiced and posted very quickly. Very happy with their service

I would highly recommend Aus Lock & Safe Company. We had a deceased estate to deal with so it was already very stressful not having a combination to open a safe. We had Ash come into the Melbourne CBD, no problems at all. He was so professional, very tidy, and made a point of not looking into the safe when he opened it. He explained everything he was doing as it was a difficult job and in a tricky spot to get to. He was so patient and reliable. I could not thank him enough. Other safe crackers would not even return my emails or calls. Go with these people, they were recommended to me and I would recommend as well.
