Australian Safe Supplies

Service quality and communication emerge as the themes that recur most across feedback on this Adelaide safe retailer. More than one customer describes a smooth process from the initial email and quote through to the delivery itself, with the team staying responsive and understanding at every stage. The range of new and used safes draws frequent praise, and buyers often note that visiting the store in person reveals far more stock than the website suggests. Named staff members Mark, Brent, Todd and Kelly attract consistent recognition for helpful advice and friendly assistance, and Mark in particular is credited with diagnosing and repairing a faulty safe quickly.

Purchasers of gun safes and larger units report prompt delivery, with one describing a safe chosen in person and installed less than a week later. Reviewers regularly highlight competitive pricing alongside delivery and installation, and the variety of sizes gives customers room to select a unit suited to their needs. Staff are also described as willing to talk through options and recommend a suitable model, even when the suggested safe sits at the higher end of the range.

Used or new there got it all great services. Friendly staff. If you need a safe go see these guys...

I couldn’t be more impressed . From the very first interaction. Australian safe supplies team Kelly and Todd provided clear and detailed product information, what truly stood out was their professionalism and care throughout the entire process. The installation was seamless handled by Todd, and ensured everything was perfect before leaving the premises. If you want good old family owned Aussie service look no further. Prices are very competitive to other online businesses.

Went here today as I was having trouble with my safe, Mark was extremely helpful and fixed the problem for me very quickly. Would definitely recommend

The prices are competitive but delivery and installation can’t be beaten.

Unreliable to deal with . I would not waste my time with this company again. Period.

Easy going and good humoured staff - highly recommended

Great safe, and fast delivery. I went into the SA Safe Supplies office on Thursday, took a look at the safes they had available, and had my safe delivered the next Wednesday. I would recommend going in and having a look at the available safes, as there's quite a range, and they can deliver larger safes. Very pleased with my new safe.
