BNG Locksmiths

Prompt, knowledgeable and fairly priced work runs through feedback on BNG Locksmiths in Port Macquarie. Gary is named repeatedly as the technician who attends jobs, often accompanied by Brody or an apprentice, and reviewers consistently describe him as calm, methodical and genuinely willing to help. Car lockouts and key replacement feature often, including one account of a key lost in a river near Kempsey that required a trip to recover the vehicle, alongside window lock problems, second-hand caravan locks and everyday home lock issues.

Customers remark that calls are answered straight away and that arrival times are communicated and then met, with same-day attendance noted more than once. Charges are described as reasonable and, in several accounts, quoted before work begins, with no unnecessary costs added. The finished result is another recurring point: keys are tested before the technician departs and follow-up is offered if anything is not right. Tidiness, practical advice on the solution suited to the situation and a friendly manner round out the picture, with evening call-backs arranged to discuss a job before any repair is undertaken, and one window problem sorted the day it was raised.

What amazing service, Gary went out of his way to get my car going after I dropped my only key in the river near Kempsey! Completely professional and very knowledgeable. I thought the amount charged was very reasonable especially since he had to make the trip from Port Macquarie. I cannot recommend BNG Locksmiths highly enough.

Gary is a true professional and a gentleman. He shuffled his schedule around just for me to help me out and for that I will be forever grateful. He's a fine example of the best kind of people.

BNG for the win! Prompt and professional Gary came and made up a new set of car keys for me. His customer service went above and beyond expectations, making sure everything was operational before he left and offered to come back if anything wasn't right or if I had any questions. I highly recommend BNG Locksmiths

Gary was a real life saver, helping me on the public holiday to get my car running again with 2 new keys and a repaired ignition barrel. He was very generous with his time & knowledge, and had offered to video call me to assist me through some trouble shooting before I’d even booked in with him. He explained each step of what he was doing so that I was informed of the process, and even fixed some bonus unrelated car/lock issues along the way that had been a problem for years. I highly recommend Gary!

I lost the key for my truck fuel cap and Garry came straight out and made me a new one. I had him cut me a few spare keys. He worked fast and was a very good price. I can highly recommend BNG locksmiths for anyone. Thanks for getting me out of a pickle!

Had a great experience with these guys. Although he didn't provide the service for the problem I was having with my cars key start locking up, he spent the time to make a few suggestions on how I could get it started to atleast get me on the move again and it worked. Got me out of a tricky situation seeing how I don't live in port mac and a tow home would have pricey. Really appreciate the time you spent helping me over the phone. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to but you're a legend mate.

I called Gary about a lock issue on a second-hand caravan I’d just purchased. After I sent through some photos, he made the effort to call me back at 7pm that same night to talk it through and check whether it might simply be user error with the handle mechanism before recommending any repairs. You can tell Gary genuinely goes out of his way to help people. Instead of trying to charge me unnecessarily, he took the time to give honest, practical advice over the phone. Really appreciated the great service and willingness to help 🤛🏼
