Denis Duncombe Locksmiths

Denis Duncombe Locksmiths has built a loyal following in Cairns, with reviewers repeatedly praising the fast response times and the friendly, professional manner of the team. More than one customer describes being locked out of a house or car and having a technician arrive sooner than expected, often within twenty minutes, and completing the work in a matter of minutes.

Geoff is named often, with customers thanking him for going above and beyond, particularly after break-ins when reassurance and a sense of safety mattered as much as the technical fix. Something that features in review after review is the fair and competitive pricing, including one instance where a door was unlocked at no charge. Reviewers also value the advice and the tidy, efficient way jobs are handled, from emergency call-outs to key duplication and lock work.

The business is described as easy to deal with and genuinely helpful, with years of repeat custom indicating that the same standard is maintained across both urgent situations and routine jobs. Many note that what began as a stressful moment ended with them feeling secure again, a theme that runs through the accounts of emergency assistance, lock repairs and the helpful guidance given on site. Key duplication and locks supplied for homes and vehicles feature among the tasks customers mention.

Geoff was very friendly and professional, and the price was competitive. Thank you.

100% recommend :) great service, arrived within 20 minutes and unlocked my door for free!! Awesome guy!!! Had the job done in under 10 minutes.

We arrived home from a holiday with our 16-month-old son after a severely delayed flight and finally getting home at 12:30am only to find our front door lock had failed. I called and they arrived within 15 minutes. The locksmith had the door open in under 5 minutes. Extremely fast service especially at that hour. Highly recommended.
