Detail Door Hardware Pty Ltd

Detail Door Hardware Pty Ltd is described by reviewers as a dependable destination for lock and key work in Geelong, with much of the feedback highlighting the depth of knowledge on hand. Customers regularly single out Dave and Matt S for their willingness to explain options and for keeping people informed through a job, from the first call to its conclusion. Several reviewers describe how old or obsolete locks were brought back into service rather than replaced, including one account of a broken spring being handmade so a vintage lock could function again, and a key cut for an ageing garage door lock at a modest cost.

Key cutting and battery replacement for car remotes recur as quick, straightforward jobs, while door lock advice and repairs are often mentioned. The team is repeatedly called trustworthy and pleasant to deal with, with work completed promptly and pricing considered fair. Reviewers also note the helpful range of stock and the readiness to go further than expected when sourcing solutions. Named staff such as Brian and David S are remembered for their care and clear communication.
