I rang eddie whilst away on holidays in Sunshine Coast and said i had a problem with getting entry to my place in Edmonton Cairns. Staff have always been polite and knowledgeable about my enquiries. When Jai visited my apartment he suggested things that I hadn’t thought of. Got back quickly with a quote and kept me in the loop regarding the parts arriving.
Text them the situation I was in, they text back within a couple of minutes with their ETO and cost, they arrived as promised and had the job done in minutes. Excellent service.
