Fast, reliable and friendly service. I was very happy with the service provided and have no hesitation in recommending this business. Used: to replace existing locks.

I rang eddie whilst away on holidays in Sunshine Coast and said i had a problem with getting entry to my place in Edmonton Cairns. Within an hour of calling eddie he had went to my place and unlocked the door for my granddaughter to gain entry to my place thanks eddie i will be using your business if i run into trouble again thanks 👍🏿😎

Contacted several locksmiths about my issue and Eddie Williams locksmiths was the only one to respond promptly. They had a technician out expeditiously and gained access to my locked building. Call out was at a good price and appreciate the professional and quick communication.

Staff have always been polite and knowledgeable about my enquiries. When Jai visited my apartment he suggested things that I hadn’t thought of. Got back quickly with a quote and kept me in the loop regarding the parts arriving.

Text them the situation I was in, they text back within a couple of minutes with their ETO and cost, they arrived as promised and had the job done in minutes. Excellent service.
