Will was incredibly prompt, knowledgeable and thorough in supporting us to cut new keys to an all keys lost vehicle. Unfortunately we had an an experience with another locksmiths who weren’t able to complete the job on their own, due to the positioning of the equipment within the vehicle. As advised we made contact with a mobile mechanic to assist in gaining access to the equipment, however the mechanic instead directed to contact Will, confident that he would be able to complete the job on his own. Will immediately confirmed and responded with what would be needed, making it clear what was necessary, what the process and cost would be and made himself available as soon as possible to assist in cutting new keys for the vehicle. On top of great tradesmanship, Will has a wonderful personality and sense of humour! He made light work of the job and company!! Would highly recommend.

Contacted Fleet locksmiths regarding the install of a Ghost II immobiliser. Will was very helpful with any questions i had up front and was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Will was on time when he arrived for the install, it all went very smoothy and he spent plenty of time with me afterwards making sure he stepped me through all of the features.
