After being quoted crazy amounts elsewhere to have my key replaced, I was provided with all options at Knights from $10-$250. Not just a cash grab. Did a really good job installing a smart lock on my door for a reasonable price. There was a small issue that occurred during installation but the team went above and beyond to resolve it for me, which I think is highly commendable! Definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith, and they will be my first choice in the future for sure.

Sarah was prompt in arranging everything for us administrative wise, and Tom was friendly and highly efficient and professional in servicing our locks on the day. He went to our place within a day's notice and had 5 old locks changed in 1hr+ (including an entire doorknob). He worked over his usual hours, went the extra mile to grease our locks to ensure they're in a serviceable condition despite its age, and even explained how to use an antique deadlock that came with the home previously. He made us feel more secure knowing our new home was previously fitted with security screens without us realizing. All our locks were able to be keyed the same to save trouble from handling duplicate keys. The entire experience was impeccable and their rates are affordable, highly recommended! 😊
