My door latch fell off, I called and spoke to the team. They asked for photos, after I sent them, instead of charging me a million dollars for a call out fee, the explained how to fix myself. Not everyday you get kind, courteous assistance. Can’t thank them enough

James absolutely saved us. We arrived back to the airport after a long weekend and couldn't find our keys. He answered the phone on a public holiday and drove out to the airport at 11pm at night to reprogram the key and get into our tool boxes.
