Jon (the owner) picked up my call on a public holiday charged me exactly as per what he has quoted, very reasonable price and dependable services from these blokes. 5/5 Special shoutout to Luis who is very nice and knowledgeable, fixed and changed the lock mechanism on my apartment door in a jiffy.

The wife went in to see if they can help with keying an old toolbox lock that i didnt have keys for and i couldnt find any replacement locks to suit at all. other locksmiths really weren't interested and shrugged the job off immediately. the guys at lock, smith and barrel went above and beyond and made 2 keys for the lock for a very very reasonable cost considering they needed to take it apart and the fact the lock itself isnt australian standard and very uncommon to begin with. zero replacement parts are available anywhere in the world as far as i can tell. the wife mentioned they discounted the price because they weren't 100% happy with the lock and keys function due to the specific key size and design needed. i can tell you the lock and key works fine im not having any issues with it. so thanks guys will keep your card for any future lock and key issues you will be the call.
