Locksmate Locksmith & Security Services

Locksmate Locksmith & Security Services draws frequent praise for dependable help with misplaced keys, car and garage remotes, deadbolt installation and lock set replacement. Rami is named often as the tradesperson behind much of this work, and a handful of customers describe his honesty and the way he explains options before proceeding. Response times are a recurring theme, spanning after-hours callouts and same-day installations, paired with clear communication from first contact through to completion. Reviewers often mention fair pricing and the reassurance of being quoted sensibly rather than facing an unexpected charge.

Practical guidance, including advice on repairing a gate without professional help, and patience when independently supplied hardware caused trouble, feature in more than one account. The team is described as friendly and professional throughout, with one customer noting how simple the process felt when a lock replacement was arranged remotely using a photograph. A calm presence during stressful lockouts and a tidy approach also come up. Key duplication and general locksmith work form the core of the feedback, while security, door and handle matters are resolved efficiently across repeat visits.

Replaced my garage remotes for my airbnb after they were taken by guest. Super efficient, fair price, quick and easy to deal with

Thank you Rami and team for your professional work. I own a commercial property and needed immediate assistance. Rami from Locksmate arrived within 15 minutes and fixed our problematic doors. Super friendly and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Such fantastic service, super thrilled with these guys. From the time of my fist call to job done was 2 hours and they were lovely to deal with and really helpful. Highly recommend.

Five stars isn’t enough to rate Rami from Caulfield locksmiths. I received excellent service from the moment I made the phone call to replace a lock set on our front gate. I spoke to the lovely lady who made the process very simple and all I did was send a photo of the lock as I wasn’t home. After a couple of discussions with Rami he went and checked it out and kept in contact via phone to explain my options. Nothing was too much trouble and to my amazement I even received a video on how to ensure the correct use of the lock once the job was completed. Unbelievable is all I can say! I would recommend that if you need locksmith services then don’t go any further than Caulfield Locksmiths. Sorry for the long review but the service was nothing like I have ever received before .... and he even fixed my doorbell as well. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rami was terrific to work with. We experienced some problems with the hardware I had purchased independently and Rami was patient and helped us sort the issues we had. Highly recommend these guys.

Called at 3pm to have a new deadbolt installed - done by 7:30pm same day - doesn't get much better than that. Then you meet Rami, a great guy that does great work. Thoroughly recommended!!

I had lost my keys (car and garage remote) I was feeling very anxious and a man by the name Rami replaced my original key with an even better one and made me feel calm and re assured. I felt like he was an honest locksmith and he didn’t rip me off like I have been in the past his price was fair. Thanks. I hopefully won’t need you again but will use if I have to...and a DEFINITE recommend for this company.
