Mister Minit Toormina Gardens

Toormina shoppers describe a kiosk where keys, shoe repairs, engraving, watch batteries and jewellery adjustments are handled with consistent care. A recurring theme is the helpfulness of the staff, with Candace, Liz and Dan each singled out by name for friendly, efficient service; several reviewers note that Candace knows her work well and offers useful advice, whether selecting a medic alert bracelet or replacing a worn car key on the spot. Engraving on glassware is praised for excellent workmanship at a fair price, while shoe repairs, watch resizing and key duplication are described as quick and reliable, often completed while customers browse nearby shops.

Reviews time and again mention that nothing seems too much trouble and that the service has a personal, old-fashioned quality. A theme running through the feedback is the speed of turnaround, with jobs finished promptly and without fuss, and the range of tasks handled under one roof, from keys and batteries to a new medic alert bracelet. Staff are described as polite, approachable and genuinely interested in solving the problem at hand, including improvising when an item is unavailable. The result is a steady stream of satisfied local customers returning for repeat visits.

Dan provided amazing service! Couldn't be happier! 😁

Did a great job on my work shoes

Dan i think his name was, such a good help! Couldnt get what i was originally after so he helped me sort something else out! All whilst being super friendly 🙂

Thank you Mr Minit Toormina Gardens! My car key had a lot of wear and tear and the spare key I had was not a spare key at all. I went to Mr Minit yesterday very worried my car key would get stuck or break off while driving. Mr Minit was able to get the information he needed to replace my car key which he did "on the spot". I was very happy, I now have a functional car key and the old key is now my spare. Great professional service and I highly recommend Mr Minit Toormina to others.

Went to mister minute at Toormina Centro today to get some holes punched in my belt. Received excellent service and would recommend this business to anyone.

Lovely service by young woman at the counter...very friendly and helpful. However I am not pleased with repair on my good boots ..they now have white visible glue around the shoe where the soles were stuck back on. I've taken them elsewhere to be fixed up. Thank you

Recently on a visit to Toormina NSW on the 12th October 2024 I had some work done at Mister Minit Toormina Gardens. The gentleman there done some engraving on a glass mug & the workmanship was excellent, the price was great, the gentlman was very polite & friendly. He done the engraving while I browsed nearby shops & it was ready in no time at all. The fact that it was late in the afternoon & i could still just walk in & literally get on the spot engraving done without calling ahead was exceptional. Definitely recommend Mister Minit at Toormina Gardens & will definitely head there again the next time I'm in the area & need engraving done. 💯% Thankyou again to the gentleman at Mister Minit Toormina Gardens on the 12th October 2024.
