MobileLock

MobileLock draws consistent praise from customers across Cairns for the speed of its response and pricing widely described as fair. Chris is named in review after review for his professional manner, his friendliness and the willingness to explain what he is doing. Emergency work features strongly, from a late-evening lockout to a break-in where locks, a garage door and a front gate were recoded and replaced so the premises could be made secure again.

The finished result is a recurring theme, whether a smart deadbolt fitted the same day the call was made, screen and glass door locks replaced, or extra keys cut at a cost that compared well with larger hardware chains. Care on site is another point that comes up often, with the workspace left tidy once the task was finished. Reviewers also value the communication around the visit, including the follow-up that accompanied larger installations. Underlying much of the feedback is the impression of an owner who looks after his community, going beyond the ordinary to restore access for a family member after hours while remaining approachable and skilled throughout.

Had Chris come in and install a new smart Deadbolt this morning, called him that morning and he was able to fit the job in on the same day. Job was done quickly and was happy to chat to as well, cleaned up after himself and presented professionally. Job well done and will be using him again for every other job that we will need! 100% recommend.
