Mr Car Keys

Mr Car Keys draws consistent praise from customers in Maitland for the work of Brad, whose involvement in vehicle key and ignition problems comes up in nearly every account. Reviewers repeatedly describe his punctuality and reliability, with jobs completed at the agreed time and follow-up handled promptly. Several customers note that their vehicles had been left unable to start, including a Nissan Patrol and a Navara that had resisted repair for years, and that Brad persisted until the fault was resolved. The quality of the result is a recurring theme, whether the task involves cutting and programming a replacement key, recovering ignition issues or correcting work left by another provider.

Fair pricing and the use of genuine parts are mentioned often, as is the effort he makes to travel to customers and return a completed key to save them a trip. Communication stands out: mistakes inherited from previous ownership were explained and put right, and commitments made were honoured. Customers also value his technical knowledge and the advice he offers alongside the repair, describing the service as efficient, thorough and considerate of their circumstances. Word-of-mouth referrals feature prominently among the accounts.

After a disastrous dealing with an employee of the old boss, The original owner, Brad, after getting wind of the dramas we were put through, has gone way way way above and beyond, in his own time to fix issues that he really didnt have to, out of his own pocket and has left no stone unturned to fix the issues and get our car back on the road. We are forever grateful. Brad is an absolute legend. We will be recommending him to everyone Thanks so much for all of your time, effort, compassion and integrity. You are one in a million.
