Precision Safes

Craftsmanship and the standard of the finished product stand out as the strongest recurring theme in feedback about this Tullamarine safe specialist, with buyers of watch winder units and substantial heavy safes describing the build as surpassing what they anticipated. Matt and Danny receive frequent mention by name, and numerous accounts highlight advice that was thorough, discreet and focused on matching the correct safe to the task rather than simply closing a sale. Reviewers often note that queries were answered without reluctance and that support carried through the whole process, from the earliest conversation to final positioning.

Relocation work attracts particular approval, including the careful shifting of very heavy safes from a home or business without incident. Delivery and installation also appear, among them a technician securing a unit to the floor upon arrival. Communication is portrayed as straightforward and handled with confidentiality, and customers observe that jobs were finished precisely as agreed. Courtesy, promptness and reasonable pricing recur, along with praise for the wider team. The consistent impression is of a family-run business where expertise and careful handling of valuable possessions are standard.

We recently purchased a watch winder safe from Precision Safes and were genuinely impressed by the level of craftsmanship and overall quality. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We chose the watch winder to securely store our timepieces, along with jewellery and other valuable items, and it has been perfect for our needs. The team at Precision Safes were highly professional throughout the entire process, including installation. Their knowledge and experience really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium safe solution.

Fast responses on the fly. For customer service they’re great. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Precision safes the guys where very helpful and they sell a great quality product.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Polite, courteous, helpful and did exactly what he promised. We required the services of Precision Safes and Locksmiths who were quick and maintained confidentiality around our request. We a long way from him in Victoria and nothing was a problem he arranged everything without hassle. The defining factor was that Matt took the time with me from the first phone call to understand our situation and didn't just fob me off. Due to privacy I don't wish to disclose why we engaged his professional services but that we give him 110%. He was always ever one call or text away and very prompt communication. Our job is complete and we couldn't thank him enough.

Very efficient and professional job at a good price. No hesitation in answering questions and helping when asked. Great lads.
