Premier Mobile Locksmiths - Wollongong Locksmith

Digital locking units and lock replacements feature prominently among the work customers describe, alongside emergency call-outs, car lock openings and key duplication across the Wollongong district. Joe is the name that recurs throughout the feedback, praised repeatedly for arriving promptly, often within the same day, and for assessing each situation before explaining the available options. Several buyers describe his manner as professional and friendly, noting that he takes the time to talk through the problem and the fix without rushing.

Fair and transparent pricing comes up often, with no unexpected costs reported after the job. A theme running through the feedback is the care taken during the work itself, with locks opened without damage to doors and a faulty latch repaired while he was already on site. Reviewers mention retrofitting old locks with new ones, resolving a faulty car lock, cutting an extra key at no charge, releasing a dog trapped in a vehicle and helping a customer choose new products through photos and phone calls. Speed stands out in emergencies, including after-hours call-outs and a lockout resolved quickly enough for a customer to catch a flight.

Extremely impressed and grateful for the amount of customer care given. He went the extra step and allowed me to send pictures of products via text and phone calls to help me when choosing new products. Have recommended him to all my friends and family. Wont use any other locksmith in the future.
