RUSWIN LOCKSMITH & SECURITY Townsville

Locksmithing, key cutting and wider security work form the backbone of what this Townsville business handles, and the feedback gathered around it centres on jobs finished cleanly and without fuss. A handful of customers describe fast attendance for lock emergencies, among them a seized bedroom lock that drew technicians within a quarter of an hour, and a car key cut for a short-stay rental that worked exactly as intended.

Safe opening comes up often, with one account of a Chubb unit opened in roughly five minutes without damage after its combination had been forgotten. Deadlock fitting on newly hung doors, key duplication, and broader alarm, camera and access control work all feature, as does servicing of vehicle security on a RAV 4. A number of reviews mention the depth of knowledge at the counter, singling out the young woman handling front-of-house sales for accurate, patient advice on handles, locks and keys.

Named staff including Ross, Carl, Beau and Ice attract thanks for professionalism and courtesy, while quoting staff are praised for clear explanations. Pricing is described as competitive, with an account of a figure quoted on the first call and set well below other estimates obtained. Prompt arrival and tidy completion round out the themes running through the accounts.

Unfortunately, my experience with this business was disappointing. I contacted them at 5:00am after accidentally locking my keys in my car, and the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and had a discourteous attitude. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere and received prompt, professional service and reasonable pricing from another provider. I would recommend reviewing customer service standards to ensure a more positive experience for future clients. Thank you

Thanks Carl, they keys you did for my Airbnb work a treat 😘

Ross was awesome he was able to open my Chubb safe when I forgot the combination without damaging it. He had it open within five minutes.

I had a very embarrasing incident where the lock on my bedroom seized. When I phoned and explained what had happened Ruswin had technicians at my house within 15mins and on a Friday afternoon. The staff were terrific from the top down and I would recommend Ruswin for any job where their expertise is required. I would also like to say thank you to the staff

I asked for someone to come asap as I needed access to a garage and they said they had someone available in 1 hour. I said I couldn't wait that long and that I would have called someone else. That's what I did. While I was on the phone with another locksmith, Ruswin locksmith decided to send someone in 5 mins without asking for my confirmation (they knew I was already looking for someone else). They showed up but I sent an email to cancel the job. THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME!!!

I'm very happy with the work they have been doing to My RAV 4 thanks heaps beau and the crew ur amazing at what you do

Had the boys come out and install a couple of deadlocks on my new doors after we had a break in. Very prompt professional service. Outstanding!! Thanks Ice
