Safeguard Locksmiths

Safeguard Locksmiths draws consistent praise for the speed and reliability of its emergency call-outs. More than one customer describes being locked out of apartments and houses, often late in the evening, and report that Rhys arrived sooner than any estimate he had given and had doors open within minutes. A recurring theme is the quality of the work itself: installations are described as careful, precise and well planned, with one reviewer noting that a complex problem was turned into a straightforward solution and another observing that a door was reassembled so neatly it looked untouched.

Reviewers repeatedly mention fair pricing and genuine value, alongside clear communication before and after each job. Key cutting is also covered, with one customer describing it as a quick, no-fuss task. Shane is named for what is described as considerate service, and the same helpful, friendly manner comes through across the accounts. Customers who have returned for repeat work remark that the standard does not slip, and lock repairs following a distressing incident were handled promptly and without drama.

Locking yourself out is bloody stressful, so it was a real relief to get such lovely customer service from Maria on the phone, and such efficient, friendly and well-priced help from the locksmith that came out (sorry I didn’t grab your name!). Definitely recommend Safeguard!

In a world where genuinely outstanding customer service is rare, Shane at Safeguard really stands out from the crowd. Thank you so much for your incredible care and service. I honestly couldn’t recommend Safeguard highly enough.

After having the terrible experience of a fake locksmith breaking my locks and intimidating me into paying, Rhys came through and fixed it up. Service and price were great. Rhys is a real one.

We locked ourselves out at 6pm at night and called about three different locksmiths. Only Rhys was willing to come out and help! He arrived in about 30 mins, unlocked the door in less than 15 and put it all back together so well it looked exactly like it did before. Thanks Rhys!

Thanks to Safeguard Locksmith for sorting out an issue I had recently with a product I purchased online. My online enquiry was responded to very promptly, and a resolution was provided immediately. Fantastic customer service. Even though I am interstate, I would have no hesitation using Safeguard again for an online purchases. Thanks Jason
