Safeguard Safes

Frustration with delivery and communication runs through the accounts of this Adelaide safe supplier. Buyers describe paying in full for safes said to be sitting in a local warehouse, with a promised two-day turnaround stretching instead across months and the goods still not arriving. Attempts to chase the order are described as fruitless, with disconnected numbers and a helpline redirecting to an offshore centre whose staff seem unfamiliar with Australian orders. One account states plainly that no shop exists at the address given, describing the presentation as misleading.

Set against this, a lone account credits Luke with responding quickly to an initial enquiry and Sue with answering delivery questions and rescheduling a date that did not suit. That favourable note is not echoed elsewhere in the feedback. The recurring shape of the accounts is of orders accepted and payment taken before stock or logistics were settled, leaving customers to pursue updates rather than receive them. The consistent thread is dissatisfaction with fulfilment and after-sales contact rather than with the safes themselves.

Pretty happy with the service , ordered Friday and received Thursday morning , dealt with luke with initial query who was very responsive and prompt , once the safe was ordered Sue answered all the questions and queries related to delivery . She even managed to get the delivery date updated, the original delivery date didn’t suit me. Great customer service in my case

Don't use them. Very poor service, totally unreliable. I paid the money in full for 2 safes in July 2024 when they told me that they had the safes in the warehouse in Adelaide and can deliver them in 2 days. Today it is 15 October and they still have not delivered the safes. The number I called is no longer active and the 1300 number directs me to an overseas call centre who have no idea what is going on in Australia. By the way these safes were ordered for Federal Government. When this is how they treat government, cannot even imagine what they will do with common civilians.

No blasted shop here! Very misleading.
