Pretty happy with the service , ordered Friday and received Thursday morning , dealt with luke with initial query who was very responsive and prompt , once the safe was ordered Sue answered all the questions and queries related to delivery . She even managed to get the delivery date updated, the original delivery date didn’t suit me. Great customer service in my case

Don't use them. Very poor service, totally unreliable. I paid the money in full for 2 safes in July 2024 when they told me that they had the safes in the warehouse in Adelaide and can deliver them in 2 days. Today it is 15 October and they still have not delivered the safes. The number I called is no longer active and the 1300 number directs me to an overseas call centre who have no idea what is going on in Australia. By the way these safes were ordered for Federal Government. When this is how they treat government, cannot even imagine what they will do with common civilians.

No blasted shop here! Very misleading.
